3 wheeled, towabled vehicle with hydraulically actuated beam; lifts 45 tons; rear has single wheel carried in a spring-damped yoke; front (tow-bar end) has 2 castering wheels; has 2 bearing-pivoted outriggers positioned in tripod configuration for jacking oper. Or swung together and chain-locked for towing; curved jacking beam, pivoted on a bearing sleeve and pin at one end, is moved upward for lifting by a hydraulic cylinder connected to the curved part of the beam and actuated by 2 manually operated pumps mounted on a manifold connected to 8 gallon hydraulic reservoir; single handle, stored when not in use in mounting brackets on tow bar, is used to operate the pumps, drawing fluid from the reservoir into manifold, through hose assembly to actuating cylinder; has removable access cover plates and dipstick for determining level of fluid in reservoir
