Properties:

A hand-actuated tool used for cold bending rigid electric conduit. It consists of a head having an opening to receive the conduit and has provision for attaching a pipe type handle. It may be furnished with or without a handle. Excludes benders for pipe, tube, heavy steel tube and bending machine, pipe and conduit.
