Embedded gps/ins egi unit is a self-contained all-attitude navigation line replaceable unit providing outputs of acceleration, attitud (azimuth, pitch, roll), attitude rates, heading, position, velocity, associated time tag informaion, and universal time coordinated(utc) synchronized time via externally controlled mil-dtd-1553b dual multiplex data based upone the requirements of the interfacing avionics systems. Egi provides simultaneous ins only , blended gps/ins and gps only position solutions.
