Properties:

A unit that provides a custom interface between the module controller unit,missile launcher and its corresponding missile in a vertical launching system. It is responsible for emulating a weapon which is compliant with the common launcher interface, while providing the weapon interface with appropriate signal levels based on the legacy weapons design and common launcher architecture requirements. When a missile stowed within a module is selected for firing, it controls the sequence for missile power-up, initialization, and launch.
