Properties:

A manual or power driven boring tool with a double twist solid center or a single twist hollow or solid center body of one nominal diameter. It is formed into a cutter head at one end, and a shank at the other end. The double twist body type must have either a screw point or a brad point. Excludes bit, plug; and bit, expansive.
