Jel-add gelling agent for use with dubois products is concentrated, powdered gelling agent additive which is dissolved in hot water to form a viscous gel; the gelled cleaner will hold a thick film on the surface for 1/2 hour or longer to attack the soil; soil and gel are removed with a pressure rinse (hot water is preferred); designed for the food and beverage; forms a thick, viscous gel for improved cleaning results; gel allows for extended chemical contact time on vertical surfaces; compatible with alkaline, chlorinated alkaline, and acid detergents

Properties:

A compound formulated with ingredients that clean by solvent and detergent action. It may contain a deodorant, disinfectant and/or an insecticide. It is used for removing oily dirt, tar, waxes and greases from finished surfaces, metal, linoleum, ceramics, plastics, and the like. Excludes cleaning compound, solvent and those items which clean solely by detergent action.
