Test kit includes: microwell strips, (1) bottle 12 ml/25 ml enzyme conjugate, (1) bottle 4 ml positive control, (1) bottle 4 ml negative control, (1) bottle 100 ml bacterial specimen diluent, (1) bottle wash buffer, (1) bottle 12 ml/25 ml color substrate, (1) bottle 6 ml stop solution, (1) bag of transfer pipettes, microplate cover, procedure card and package insert; 48 well kit; store all components at 2 to 8.5 degrees c; avoid prolonged exposure of reagents to tempertures greater than 25.5 degrees c less than 2.5 degrees c or to direct sunlight; unused microplate strips should be stored in the foil pouch containing desiccant to exclude moisture
