Special Features:

A steel set of levers assembled together in the shape of plyers, each lever has an .031-.035 diameterf pin welded on one end which installs into the holes in the retaining rings, the other end extends radially out beyond the blade tips and is held by the operator, who installs the tool so that the pins are able to spread the retaining ring during either installation and/or removal on the stage 1 blade pins
