Diameter 6061-t6 aluminum qq-a-200/8; 25 percent of total pins may be deformed with material loss of each pin not to exceed 80 percent of its area; missing pins are permissable not to exceed 15 percent of the 25 percent total; after dip brazing (mil-b-7883, grade-b) chromate chemical film is applie (mil-c-5541, class-1a); weld (mil-std-2219, class-c) using filler alloy 4043 (ans a5.10); after brazing and welding, solution heat treated and tempered to t4 condition (mil-h-6088)
