Properties:

A fixed number of complete electronic components and/or items not all having the same basic name, for testing components of a radio set by the substitution method. The item consists of one or more test bench, radio set on which are mounted operable radio set components, and includes facilities for the application of electrical operating power. Components of a radio set are systematically substituted for the test bench component until the defective system component is located. May include provisions for auxiliary control and monitoring of the complete radio set while under test conditions.
