Manufacturer calls this a reduced pressure zone backflow preventer. It consists of 1 pressure differential relief valve located between 2 positive seating check valves, 2 quarter-turn shutoff ball valves, one before and one after the assembly the input shutoff valve has a test cock, 3 test cocks, and a protective strainer (20 mesh) upstream of the input shutoff valve. Relief valve outlet to environment or optional part no. 909ag-c to route to drain. All valves within the assembly are repairable or replacable.
