Flash point is 132 degrees f method is tcc. Composition is as follows: 30 to 60 % aliphatic hydrocarbon -nonexempt, 30 to 60 % naphthenic petroleum distillate, 1 to 5% 1, 2, 4-trimethylbenzene, 1 to 5% 2-butoxy-1-ethanol, 1 to 5% carbon dioxide, 1 to 5 % mesitylene, 1 to 5% xylene, .1 to 1 % ethylbenzene
