Two brackets are required to affix an oxygen cylinder to the critical care platform; the bracket consists of a circular compressing member connected to an attachment plate, a tensioning member and one locking pin with wire lanyard that is held captive to the attachment plate; bracket shall be able to secure oxygen cylinders having a outside diameter range of 4 3/8 in. To 5 1/4 in.
