A sterile, disposable item which connects between the gas monitor's sample line and the semi-permeable tube. Item is designed to collect excess water accumulation in the sample flow under conditions of severe humidity. May include a mounting bracket, which attaches to the patient interface panel, suction (vacuum) line, and a suction flow diverter which connects to the scavenger vacuum terminal, for use with a hospital suction (vacuum) waste gas disposable system.
